Now we’re looking for a Sales Manager who understands the scale of that opportunity - and has the commercial discipline to execute it.

As we scale our commercial operations, we are looking for a Sales Manager to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth, with a strong focus on payout solutions.
🎯 THE ROLE
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for direct sales to merchants, owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signature. You will play a key role in structuring and professionalising Payoro’s sales activity, ensuring strong execution, clear processes, and predictable results.
This is a hands-on role combining new business development, pipeline management, and commercial discipline, with regular travel and exposure to international markets.
📈 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
🤝 Merchant Relationship Management
Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of active Payoro merchants.
Act as the main point of contact for commercial, operational, and performance-related topics.
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with merchants.
Ensure high merchant satisfaction and retention.
📊 Account Growth & Commercial Development
Identify opportunities to grow transaction volumes, expand use cases, and introduce additional Payoro products.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell Payoro's payout solutions where relevant.
Support merchants in optimising their payout flows and performance.
Monitor account health, activity trends, and revenue contribution.
📉 Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track merchant performance, volumes, and key commercial KPIs.
Identify risks, churn signals, and growth opportunities early.
Provide regular account reviews and performance updates to merchants.
Maintain accurate account data and activity logs in the CRM.
🔄 Internal Coordination
Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Product and Technology to resolve issues efficiently.
Support smooth onboarding handovers from Sales to Account Management.
Ensure merchant needs are clearly communicated internally.
Help improve internal processes based on merchant feedback.
🌍 Events & Travel
Participate in industry events, conferences, and merchant meetings.
Build and strengthen relationships through in-person interactions.
Be available to travel internationally on a limited basis (10–20%).
🧠 YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
You’re not corporate. You’ve probably worked with corporates, but you move 10x faster.
You speak fluent Payments: MIDs, BINs, SEPA, SWIFT, IBAN, 3DS, KYC, KYB, APIs, fraud scoring - you don’t need Google to explain them.
You’ve spent at least 4 years in roles at a PSP, EMI, acquiring bank, or neobank. You’ve seen how things are done - and how they should be done.
You’re hungry, ambitious, and itching to prove yourself at the highest level.
You’re ready to give 110% and expect the same from your team.
✅ YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE
Proven experience in sales within payments, iGaming, fintech, or similar industries.
Strong understanding of payouts, merchant acquiring, or payment flows.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Highly structured and organised approach to sales execution.
Fluent / native-level English (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
